I have two Euro Headlight Switch with both front and rear foglight switch positions for sale.
Both are brand new and have never even been plugged in.

The other has the turning knob removed - just pull yours off and swap over - all the knobs are interchangable, so the switch will also fit a 9N Polo or T5 as well. Hence lower price $130.00 including shipping anywhere in Australia

3B Passat and facelift 1998-2005
Switch is also electrically compatible with 9N/9N3 Polo and T5 although knob is visually different shape (Polo/T5 have squarer profile)
