PROBLEM:
i suspect the chain tensioner guide rail needs replacing, when you start the car you can hear a rattle.. thats the only time it makes the noise. When driving it is fine..
I replaced the Tensioner bolt but didnt fix it.
either way its a big job so you might aswell replace the chains if you wish and all the other small stuff.
